HEINEKEN

PROJECT TYPE:  FESTIVAL ACTIVATION

EVENT:  Outside Lands Festival 2015

THE CLIENT:

THE VISION

To create a unique, visual and music spectacular unlike anything seen before at the Outside Lands festival further cementing Heinekens place as a brand of the electronic dance music scene.

THE IDEA

To create an unforgettable visual spectacular we designed and constructed duel 360° dome Heineken House that would act as both nightclub and the backdrop of a pop-up stage.  To further enhance the space as a “not to miss experience” we booked a line up of top local and international electronic music DJs including Jimmy Edgar, WOLF+LAMB, Kidnap Kid and more.

THE IMPACT

The top line up of DJs plus Heineken House’s unique look drove 23,000 festival goers through the dome and long lines to get in driving up Heineken beer sales form the previous year.

Plus our show stopper performers, Sir Mix a Lot and Shock G drove extensive sharing on social media further extending the exposure of the Heineken brand in the music festival scene.

To further the brand exposure beyond the Outside Lands Festival we worked with several other regional events decking them out with Heineken branding and providing the same popular OSL talent line up resulting in sold out after parties.
